Verified download. So often home plan books say they have 'small' plans, but don't deliver. They'll have maybe a dozen, scattered through so you have search for them, getting more frustrated with each page.
This book doesn't do that. As I go through a book, I'll turn the corner of the page down so, when I'm through, I can go back and compare the plans. With the variety of plans here, I realized thirty pages in that I'd turned down half the pages. It really is that good.
The facades vary from sleek and modern to comfy country. This is the last book of home plans I need to download. Some plans even include inside photos of the home.
Great read, lots of ideas here. Highly recommend.
It's great to finally well done designs in common sense sizes. Excellent download. Really like it. The book is good quality in production and materials, but I was expecting more actual "small" homes in the content. The title is clearly trying to capitalize on the "tiny home" movement but pretty loose with the definition of the word, small. This book has some nice floor plans and has given us some great ideas for our "granny flat" addition to our home.
Little disappointed. It is small homes not tiny homes which is the section I was looking at when ordering the other 2 books at the same time. But as other reviewers have pointed out, it's basically a much condensed catalog of briefly described not inexpensive house plans.
