Abhimanyu (Abhi) writes about men and women falling in love, and then running into people who wouldn't let them live happily ever after. While also running. A Dilli Mumbai Story by Abhimanyu Jha from terney.info The plot of the book A Dilli-Mumbai Love Story is set against the backdrop of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai. The simple love story I thoroughly enjoyed the novel. Its a story.
I am sure that the reader will hit an instant connection with them. I also liked the climax of the book.
The way it is written and expressed is beautiful. The way the author has turned into a crucial part of the plot is nothing but sheer brilliance on his part.
The attacks, though crucial to the plot, does not overwhelm the whole book and that is something that I liked too.
To sum up, the book was really a good one and I would recommend it to all my readers. If you are a fan of contemporary Indian fiction , be sure, not to miss out on this one.

The book is one of the best I have read recently. Srishti Publication should be proud of publishing this one.
This book should get a honour by getting into the Top 10 Bestseller List once. I just can't see this book getting sidelined in front of other books by stupid writers.
In all, the journey from the First page to the last was incredible. I enjoyed each and every page. There is nothing that was dragged or exaggerated.
Every scene where Aniruddh is shown interacting or dealing with Mr. Gill and his sister-Aaru is amazing. The best romantic scene was when Aniruddh gets sick at his friend's farmhouse.
And it turned out to be a nice read. The plot itself was not very gripping, but the author's narrative is fairly sophisticated, and the prose flows smoothly.
Some Indian authors lack the command needed over the English language to write prose, what with incorrect syntax and wrong verbiage. This novel did not disappoint on those counts.
The story I have to say is slightly Bollywoo I downloadd this only because I was specifically looking to read a contemporary Indian author, whatever the genre be. The story I have to say is slightly Bollywoodish, but that's acceptable given it is a love story and not so much of a 'romance' novel, if such a differentiation is achievable! I really liked the ending -- for the sensitive yet light manner it is narrated.
