The first 5 chapters could serve as the textbook for an upper level undergraduate class in Fluid Mechanics.

The derivations are insightful and explained very well.

Even though the main subject of the book is boundary layers, I found the text to be helpful even more so than the assigned texts for general purpose fluid mechanics courses where boundary layers were not the main topic.

This book is a great reference and I would suggest it to anyone looking to learn more about fluids. Difficult to understand, but many in depth topics.
